Shop Policies


At this time, orders from this website are only shipped within the United States. My goal is to package and ship your order within 2 business days of purchase.

I offer flat rate shipping and FREE shipping depending on the price of your order:

  • Orders $50 and over = FREE SHIPPING

    Tracking is available for these orders, and most of these orders are shipped via USPS as a First Class Package (up to 5 business days). USPS Priority Mail (up to 3 business days) will be used at my discretion and only when necessary based on the weight and/or size of your order. Occasionally, UPS ground (up to 5 business days) may be used for large orders. 

  • Orders ranging from $15.01 to $49.99 = $5 shipping
    Tracking is available for these orders, and they will be shipped via USPS as a First Class Package (up to 5 business days).

  • Orders $15 and under = $1 shipping
    Tracking is not available for these orders (with few exceptions). Most of these orders will be shipped via USPS as a First Class Letter (up to 5 business days). In limited circumstances some of these orders may be shipped via USPS as a First Class Package (up to 5 business days). 

In the future, shipping rates may change as needed to adjust for changes in carrier rates or the addition of new products.


I want you to thoroughly enjoy anything you purchase from Wholehearted Empire. Because my creations are handmade, small imperfections can occur. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receipt so that we can discuss refund/exchange options.

Just a heads up: under many circumstances, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. All products must be returned in the condition they were received.

To start a return, you can contact me at annie@wholeheartedempire.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
