SHIPPING

At this time, orders from this website are only shipped within the United States. My goal is to package and ship your order within 2 business days of purchase. There may be some rare exceptions to this timeline due to circumstances outside my control. 

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. USPS Priority Mail will be used when the package size and/or weight exceeds what USPS will accept for Ground Advantage. You may also select USPS Priority Mail at checkout if you require a faster delivery time for your order. Tracking is available, and you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

In the future, shipping rates may change as needed to adjust for changes in carrier rates or the addition of new products.

 

REFUNDS

I want you to thoroughly enjoy anything you purchase from Wholehearted Empire. Because my creations are handmade, small imperfections can occur. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receipt so that we can discuss refund/exchange options.

Just a heads up: under many circumstances, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. All products must be returned in the condition they were received.

To start a return, you can contact me at annie@wholeheartedempire.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
